The completed video message will be sent via email with a download link.

- Urgent Orders are prioritized and typically recorded within approximately 24 hours during our business hours.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production workload, order volume, time zone differences, and the production queue.
- If you place your order after 18:00 or on weekends/public holidays, the 24-hour production window starts on the next business day
- Delivery is considered completed once the video has been sent to the customer’s email address with the download link.
